By visiting the website, creating an account, checking a box accepting these Terms, completing a purchase, using the Wildlife Planner, downloading a Route PDF or Field Guide, submitting information, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Where The Wild Beasts Roam LLC.
These Terms incorporate the following policies by reference:
The information presented at checkout for your completed transaction controls the price, whether the payment is one-time or recurring, the access period, and the products or features expressly included in that purchase.
These Terms control all other matters unless a more specific written agreement expressly states otherwise.

WhereTheWildBeastsRoam.com and the Wildlife Planner, Interactive Wildlife Map, accounts, guided planning features, routes, filters, field notes, directions links, Route PDFs, Field Guides, previews, downloads, emails, forms, submissions, and related features operated by the Company.
The Company’s digital wildlife-planning product for the parks or regions expressly included with a purchase. The Wildlife Planner may include Help Me Choose, Build My Own Route, the Interactive Wildlife Map, Field Information, Route PDFs, and related planning tools.
The guided planning path through which a user selects a starting area, wildlife priorities, and timing information so the Wildlife Planner can suggest a route based on those selections.
The planning path through which a user selects a park and wildlife priorities, opens the Interactive Wildlife Map, and uses the available map tools to shape a route independently.
The map-based tool within the Wildlife Planner that may display Field Information, filters, route information, directions links, Places to Explore, field notes, and related planning context.
A downloadable or printable snapshot of a route and related information generated through the Wildlife Planner. A Route PDF may include a first move, route description, written directions, wildlife focus, Places to Explore, field context, safety information, and a backup move.
Text, photographs, video, graphics, map information, routes, Route PDFs, Field Guides, field notes, observations, location information, software, data, downloads, branding, and other materials made available through the Service.
Content owned, licensed, created, selected, compiled, or published by the Company, excluding User Content.
Information or materials that you submit through the Service, by email, through a form, through an account, or through another submission method.
User Content may include wildlife observations, descriptions, dates, locations, photographs, videos, comments, reviews, feedback, notes, and other materials.
Wildlife observations, map entries, photographs, suggested routes, route descriptions, field notes, habitat information, timing information, general viewing areas, Places to Explore, and related planning context.
Access to features or Content that requires a completed purchase.
Ongoing account access to the purchased core Wildlife Planner for the commercial life of that product, subject to these Terms.
Lifetime Access does not mean the purchaser’s natural lifetime. It means access for as long as the Company or a successor continues to operate and generally offer the purchased core product.
Lifetime Access does not guarantee that every individual feature, vendor, map layer, URL, field entry, route, file format, integration, or technical platform will remain unchanged forever.
Corrections, refinements, updated Field Information, interface changes, technical improvements, and features that the Company chooses to release as part of the purchased core Wildlife Planner.
Future Core Planner Updates do not automatically include new geographic regions, separately branded products, guided services, personalized planning, premium add-ons, standalone applications, courses, or other products marketed as separately priced.
The National Park Service, park rangers, government agencies, emergency authorities, posted signs, official alerts, closure notices, and other authorities responsible for current laws, rules, safety requirements, and conditions.
Services operated by parties other than the Company, including map providers, navigation services, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, email providers, social platforms, and external websites.

Where The Wild Beasts Roam LLCWhere The Wild Beasts Roam LLC is an independent, for-profit business. Purchases are payments for products or services. They are not charitable donations and are not represented as tax-deductible contributions.
The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

A parent or legal guardian may use the Service when planning a family trip and remains responsible for supervising minors.
If you are at least 13 but under 18, you may use the Service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
A purchase must be completed by a person legally able to enter into the transaction or by that person’s authorized parent or legal guardian.
By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and are legally permitted to agree to these Terms.
If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we may suspend the account and handle associated information as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
The Service is an independent wildlife-planning and educational resource for self-directed travel.
It is designed to help users consider:
Help Me Choose uses the selections you provide to suggest a route.
Build My Own Route allows you to select a park and wildlife priorities, open the Interactive Wildlife Map, and make your own planning decisions.
A suggested route may be produced automatically based on your selections and available Field Information. It is not a customized recommendation from a professional guide and is not a determination that the route is safe, open, legal, passable, or appropriate under current conditions.
The Service does not provide:
The Service may link to Third-Party Services or Official Sources, but the Company does not control or independently verify their current information.
You are responsible for checking Official Sources, reviewing current conditions, and using an appropriate navigation resource before and during every trip.
Wildlife is unpredictable and may cause serious injury, death, or property damage. An animal that appears calm may react without warning.
You are responsible for your safety, location, conduct, decisions, vehicle, travel party, and actions in the field.
Unless a stricter current rule applies, remain at least:
These are minimum distances, not guarantees of safety.
Increase your distance whenever the animal’s behavior, terrain, traffic, visibility, young animals, food sources, weather, or other conditions require it.
If wildlife approaches you, move away to restore a safe distance when you can do so safely.
Official posted rules, closures, ranger instructions, and current park guidance always control over information displayed through the Service.
Do not interact with the Service, a Route PDF, a map, or a mobile device while operating a vehicle in a distracting or unsafe manner.
Pull over completely in a safe and legal location before using the Service, or have a passenger operate the device.
The Company is not responsible for a collision, traffic violation, injury, vehicle damage, or other loss caused by distracted driving, an unsafe stop, an improper pullout, or a user’s decision to follow route information.
In an emergency, move to a safe location and call 911 or the appropriate local emergency authority.
Do not use the Service as an emergency, rescue, medical, or communications tool.
Field Information may be delayed, incomplete, historical, estimated, generalized, obscured, inaccurate, or no longer representative of current conditions.
Wildlife observations are not published in real time.
We do not promise a specific publication schedule. An observation or submission may be delayed for any length of time, generalized, withheld, restricted, or never published.
Words such as “recent,” “latest,” “activity,” “field entry,” or “field observation” describe information that was collected or added to the Service. They do not mean that an animal is currently present at a location.
Map pins and location labels may represent:
Photographs may be historical, illustrative, or connected to an earlier observation. A photograph is not proof that the photographed animal remains in that area.
Suggested routes rely on available information and the choices entered by the user. A suggested route is not a statement that wildlife is currently present along the route.
A Route PDF is a snapshot created at the time it is generated. It does not update automatically after it is downloaded.
Sample and preview Content is limited demonstration material. It must not be treated as complete, current, or real-time Field Information.
Wildlife moves freely. Weather, season, food sources, traffic, road conditions, human pressure, time of day, habitat changes, and chance can all change what you experience.
We do not guarantee that you will see any animal, species, behavior, or wildlife activity.
We may protect wildlife, habitat, visitors, landowners, and sensitive areas by:

We are not required to disclose the exact original location or explain why information was delayed, generalized, restricted, or removed.

The Company and Service are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, operated by, or official partners of:
References to parks, roads, landmarks, wildlife, government information, or surrounding areas are used for geographic, educational, descriptive, and informational purposes.
Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance or mention does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
Outdoor travel, wildlife viewing, photography, hiking, and driving involve inherent and unpredictable risks.

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, Paid Access is licensed to the purchaser and may not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with unrelated third parties.
You may use a Route PDF for your own trip and may provide a copy to members of your immediate travel party for use during that trip.

We may require you to reset a password, verify account ownership, or provide reasonable information needed to prevent fraud or restore access.
We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to protect your login credentials, email account, or device.

Unless a purchase is clearly identified as recurring before you authorize payment, it is a one-time payment and will not automatically renew.
We will not convert a completed one-time purchase into a recurring subscription without your affirmative consent to a new recurring transaction.
A price change will not create an additional charge for a completed one-time purchase unless you later choose to buy another product or service.
Lifetime Access provides ongoing access to the purchased core Wildlife Planner for the commercial life of that product, subject to:
We may replace vendors, software, hosting, map providers, payment providers, account systems, URLs, or technical platforms while continuing to provide the purchased core product in a materially similar form.
Lifetime Access does not require us to preserve every:
We may remove or change Content for accuracy, safety, legal compliance, wildlife protection, technical, licensing, or operational reasons.
We will not intentionally convert Lifetime Access into a recurring charge or terminate a valid Lifetime Access purchase solely to avoid the access commitment.
If we permanently discontinue the purchased core product, we will provide any notice or remedy required by applicable law.
Future Core Planner Updates may be included with Lifetime Access when we release them as part of the purchased core Wildlife Planner.

We may separately develop, market, or sell:
Separate products are not included unless we expressly state that they are.
We may offer discount codes or promotions from time to time.
Unless the specific promotion states otherwise:
The final price displayed before you submit payment controls the transaction.
We may change or discontinue promotions for future purchases.
Payments may be processed by a Third-Party Service. That provider may collect and process payment information under its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not store complete payment-card numbers on our own servers.
You are responsible for applicable taxes, bank fees, currency-conversion fees, or other charges imposed by your financial institution or jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits any billing-dispute, chargeback, refund, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
A purchase of the core Wildlife Planner includes a 30-day planning guarantee unless a different product is clearly offered under different terms before purchase.

If the Wildlife Planner does not help you build a clearer wildlife plan for your trip, you may request a refund within 30 days by emailing:

We may request reasonable additional information needed to locate the transaction, verify account ownership, prevent fraud, or process the refund.
An approved refund will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method.
Processing time may depend on the payment processor and financial institution.
The guarantee covers the usefulness of the Wildlife Planner as a planning product.

A completed refund ends the refunded Paid Access and the associated license to paid Route PDFs, Field Guides, and other paid downloads.
Except for this guarantee and rights that cannot legally be waived, fees are non-refundable.
A purchase may include Route PDFs, Field Guides, checklists, photographs, or other downloadable materials.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, downloads are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use.
You may use a Route PDF:
A Route PDF is a snapshot of information available when it was generated.
It may become outdated because of:

Purchasing or downloading material does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright, data compilation, or other intellectual-property rights.
This section applies whenever you submit User Content through an account, submission form, email, review request, map feature, support request, or another part of the Service.
You are responsible for your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you represent that:
You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content.
For User Content submitted for public display, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, edit, generalize, obscure, publish, display, distribute, and promote that User Content as reasonably necessary to:

You are not entitled to compensation for User Content unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may correct spelling, punctuation, formatting, or length without materially changing the meaning.
We will not knowingly change a testimonial in a way that misrepresents the customer’s experience.

Except as allowed by law or approved by us in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, translate, sell, license, scrape, or create derivative works from Company Content.
If you voluntarily submit product ideas, suggestions, or feedback that are not consumer reviews, you permit us to use those ideas without restriction or compensation.
Nothing in that feedback permission limits your right to publish an honest consumer review.
The Service may rely on or link to Third-Party Services, including:
Third-Party Services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, licenses, availability, and technical limits.
We do not control and are not responsible for:
A directions link or map pin does not mean that a route is:
Where the Service allows you to open a starting point in Google Maps or another navigation service, that service handles its own routing and turn-by-turn directions.
The Company does not control the route chosen by the navigation provider.
Check Official Sources and use an appropriate navigation service before driving.
The Wildlife Planner is primarily an internet-based Service.
Interactive features, account access, map layers, current links, downloads, directions links, and Third-Party Services may require an internet connection.
A Route PDF is intended to remain readable without cell service after it has been completely downloaded and saved locally to a compatible device.
Offline access depends on factors including:
Before entering a low-service area, verify that the Route PDF opens correctly while the device is offline or in airplane mode.
A browser tab, temporary preview, email attachment that has not downloaded, or cloud-only file may not remain available without service.
A saved Route PDF does not provide live updates and does not replace:
Third-party navigation may work offline only if you separately download the required map area and follow that provider’s instructions.
We do not guarantee that:
Maintenance, outages, cyber incidents, technical changes, vendor changes, licensing changes, and circumstances outside our control may affect availability.
Our collection, use, retention, and sharing of personal information are described in the Privacy Policy .
By using the Service, you acknowledge that internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We respect the intellectual-property rights of others.
Copyright-infringement notices and counter-notices must be submitted in accordance with our DMCA Copyright Policy .
We may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing material.
We may suspend or terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
Knowingly submitting a materially false copyright notice or counter-notice may expose the sender to legal liability.
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS.

Upon termination, your right to use the affected Service and Company Content ends.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain in effect.
We may add, update, correct, redesign, restrict, replace, or remove parts of the Service.

We do not promise that every individual route, observation, map layer, integration, or Content category will remain available permanently.
A change to the Service will not convert a completed one-time purchase into a recurring charge without your affirmative consent.
We will not intentionally eliminate a purchaser’s core Lifetime Access solely to avoid the Lifetime Access commitment.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Marketing communications remain subject to applicable law and available unsubscribe controls.

Provisions concerning intellectual property, User Content, prohibited uses, payment obligations, downloads, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, disputes, and miscellaneous terms survive termination where their nature requires it.
