Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the wildlife sightings map

How often is the map updated?

Multiple times daily, typically morning, midday, and evening. Wildlife moves. Weather shifts. The map changes with it.

Do you guarantee I’ll see specific animals?
No. This is real wilderness. But you will waste far less time guessing, and your odds improve because you are using current, verified field data.
Which parks does the map cover?
Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park.
Will this lead to overcrowding at sighting locations?
The goal is the opposite. Clear info reduces rumor-chasing and panic-stopping. Ethics guidance pushes people to spread out and move on when a spot is packed.
Does the map work offline?
Yes. Offline caching helps you keep using it when service drops.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel anytime. No penalties.
Can my family use one membership?
Yes. One membership can cover up to 4 devices.
How do you ensure ethical wildlife viewing?
Ethics are built into the experience: distance guidance, behavior warnings, park-aligned rules, and a community standard that prioritizes wildlife over ego.
